Mold
Mold Investigation with Air and Surface Sampling
A qualified industrial hygiene technician can identify mold issues in your building using a combination of visual observation, thermal (infrared) imaging, moisture testing, air sampling, and surface sampling.

Mold Post-Remediation Visual and Air Clearance
Once mold has been identified in a building, it is recommended that a restoration contractor clean and/or remove mold-impacted materials. After cleaning and/or removal, it is recommended that a post-remediation clearance be performed before re-occupying the space.
Stewart Environmental offers mold post-remediation final visual and air clearances for residential, commercial, and school buildings that will be performed by a qualified industrial hygiene technician. Once a contained work area passes visual inspection, air samples (and surface samples, where applicable) will be collected and submitted to a qualified laboratory for analysis. Upon passing the air sampling portion of the clearance, the containment can be taken down, and the area is deemed safe for re-occupancy.
